Terms & Conditions

I. Enrollment Procedure

If you have entered all the required information correctly and your profile meets our selection criteria, you will receive an email from iscrizioni.sabg@jebesantanna.it within 72 hours, confirming your provisional registration.

To complete your registration, please remit the fee within 7 days of receipt of the email. Kindly attach the aforementioned disclaimer, digitally signed, by email to iscrizioni.sabg@jebesantanna.it.

II. Fees and payment

To participate in the 2025 Sant’Anna Business Game, an advance payment of the following fee is required:

• The basic fee is €65.00;
• A discounted fee of €59.00 will be applied to the fee for all the JEurs and all the students enrolled at the Universities of Pisa and Florence;
• The early bird fee of €49.00 is available for participants selected by Monday September 15^th, 2025.

III. Cancellation Conditions

Please be advised that registration can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the event (Monday October 20^th, 2025), with a 100% refund. If this deadline is exceeded, no reimbursement will be possible.

IV. Good Conduct Clause

Participants undertake to comply with the schedule that will be communicated to them in the proximity of the event, including observance of the appropriate dress code (business casual), and to refrain from acts, facts or behaviour likely to cause damage to the venue, the organisers and other participants.
