Your privacy is important to us. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information in connection with your participation in the Sant’Anna Business Game 2025.

Data Controller

1. The data controller is JEBE, an unrecognized association, tax code and partita IVA 02234510507, based in Piazza Martiri della Libertà, 56127 Pisa (PI), which instructs and authorizes the Sant’Anna Business Game 2025 organization team to process your personal data.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

1. The processing of the personal data provided is aimed at the organization of the event mentioned in the previous paragraph, aimed at the promotion of entrepreneurial culture and networking activities, also with a view to placement and recruiting. This processing is part of the activities and purposes of the association, which pursues a legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(f) of EU Regulation No. 2016/679.

Treatment modalities

1. Data are provided by participants through a form on a Google platform, which acts as the autonomous owner of the browsing data, and are analyzed by the organizing team for the purpose of verifying the requirements for participation in the event. The resumes of selected students are forwarded by e-mail to the Human Resources units of the event sponsors, who in turn select profiles of potential interest to be interviewed during the event.
2. If the selection for participation in the event is successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and the data to make the payment transfer within the terms indicated. Accounting data are transmitted to any tax advisors of the association, who act as autonomous data controllers, and retained within the terms of the law.
3. For participants who, during the period of stay in Pisa, make use of any affiliated facilities, if provided, the personal and contact data necessary for the reservation are transmitted to the accommodations.
4. The curricula vitae of selected participants are kept for the duration of the event and destroyed, following the submission of the satisfaction questionnaire at the end of the event. The latter is, in any case, anonymous, and the related browsing data are processed by the Google Forms platform, which acts as an autonomous data controller.
5. Unsuccessful curricula vitae, on the other hand, are destroyed immediately upon completion of the selection.
6. During the event, images and/or videos may be recorded, susceptible to publication on the social channels and website of the association, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and sponsors. The event may see the participation of professional journalists for the purposes indicated above.

Rights of the data subject

1. As the data subject, you have the right to request at any time from the Data Controller:
   1. confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist;
   2. access to the same;
   3. the rectification of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data;
   4. the cancellation;
   5. limitation of the processing of your personal data, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
   6. If you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the right to appeal to the Data Protection Authority. Your written request may be sent to the e-mail address businessgame@jebesantanna.it.
